This Ultra Anti-Chafe Balm - 2.5oz by 55 Miles, is really neat. I love the scent of this; it smells to me like white chocolate. I think this must be because of an ingredient in this- the cacao butter they mention. It smells delightful when you are applying it! It is easy to spread on your inner thighs or wherever you are wanting to prevent chafing at. You rub it on your skin; sort of the same way you apply a deodorant stick. For example, for your thighs inside a skirt, you rub this on either side at the spot your thighs are going to rub each other at and chafe, this makes that spot on either side waxy and slippery, so that you don't get the friction that causes the chafing.
