This blister prevention stick works well and I havent had any blisters so far! It works like a little tube of deodorant or lip balm. Very easy to apply and control how much goes on. I got the larger size and it will last a LONG time, making it a good value. I would order again when needed.
This blister stick is very easy to apply and not too soft. It does add a protective layer to the foot, but can also be used for reducing friction in between the thighs. This is a cute little travel size container so you can take it with you in your bag and it’s great for hiking
If you do a lot of walking or rucking, you know that blisters are killers. 55 Miles is a heavy cream that stays where you put it, and in conjunction with good wool socks, will help eliminate blisters before they start. I have been using a more expensive competitor for the last couple of years, and I like 55 Miles better -- the applicator is nice and wide, and the thickness of the oils really gets the job done. When you've put this on, you know it; you're not going to miss a spot that is going to come back and haunt you 10 miles down the road. It isn't going to come off when you start sweating or rub off on your socks, either. Well, it does come off on your socks, but there will be enough left behind to do the job.This isn't a delicate blister blocker; it's heavy and goes on big. I appreciate that.

Ran my first ultra this past weekend. Never gone beyond marathon distance. Wanted to try something new instead of always using glide stick. 12 hour race and 45 miles later…….ZERO blisters…..ZERO chafing!!! Extremely satisfied with this product.
